Vitopel do Brasil Ltda. wanted to implement a single system to prepare the company for growth, and centralize industrial and back-office processes in Argentina and Brazil and integrate sales, purchasing, human resources, industrial, administrative, and financial areas through a single enterprise resource planning system in Brazil (Maua and Votorantim). The challenge was to eliminate duplications of work and increase speed, flexibility, and scalability of all processes and meet legal requirements, both between the company and the government, and within the business itself. Vitopel do Brasil Ltda. worked with Oracle Partners Capgemini and GPTI Brasil to implement a single system to centralize key business processes in Brazil and Argentina, including supply management, production, human resources, and financial management.
