Vodafone Czech Republic wanted to make the mobile provider's Revenue Assurance (RA) controls more precise to avoid even minor revenue loss and automate RA controls to reduce processing time and enable RA specialists to dedicate more time to preventing revenue leakage. The challenge was to cover new areas of revenue processing while maintaining the same size of RA team. Vodafone Czech Republic deployed Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus to analyze Call Detail Records (CDRs) on a very detailed level and alert RA specialists about detected discrepancies to perform further analysis.
