It installed GPRS connected PDAs in the trucks. This step greatly enhanced Walon's productivity. Workshop productivity has also increased by increasing the quality controls. The new IT tools have been employed to manage workshops in more effective and efficient ways. These goals were accomplished by implementing second LANSA application.
