Wipro Technologies wanted to increase the competitive advantage for large North American automotive manufacturer by improving business process agility and enhancing the customer experience and deploy IT management tools that allow the company to create service contracts, monitor agreements, and track design times to meet service level agreements. The challenge was to allow the auto manufacturer to securely expose IT services.
