Woonzorggroep Wilgaerden wanted to improve the quality and efficiency of care and anticipate and discover matters that need quick attention. The challenge was to reduce the time required to provide information to management by two weeks and decrease the amount of time Wilgaerden spends on generating and analyzing figures, leaving more time to focus on patient care. Woonzorggroep Wilgaerden worked with Oracle Partner Unit 4 Agresso to implement Oracle's Hyperion Interactive Reporting on top of a data warehouse containing financial data, staffing levels, and output data related to the care provided and automated reporting to provide instant access to information, as opposed to the two week wait period.
