The organization must have an accounting system that is approved by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) to do business with the U.S. Department of Defense. No such requirement exists. DCAA does not certify accounting systems - they accept accounting systems. The attendee will learn how to build a successful foundation for DCAA accounting compliance. The presenter will share insights and established standards for managing the labor and other direct costs associated with government contracts using the Microsoft Dynamics SL financial management solution.
