A Prototype System for Controlling Mouse Function by Head Movements and Eye Blinks
This paper introduces model for controlling PC mouse function by head movements and eye blinks. The authors' model concerns with controlling PC mouse and they use mode of interaction to control is gesture and eye. Many people use mouse, track ball, light pen and many more input devices to interact with computer. But people who physically handicapped are not comfortable with these devices. Their model has been developed to provide PC mouse access for people with severe disabilities. Their model uses head movement control to point out the exact location of the cursor and options selection with help of eye blinking. This system is highly accurate, less expensive and convenient compared to previous systems.
