A Scalable and Reliable Key Distribution Protocol for Wired and Wireless Environment
The authors present an efficient and secure key management scheme for wired and wireless network based on Optimal Cluster Hierarchical Tree (OCHT) and key distribution. The cluster controller has the public keys of all its members and computes a key called Group Session Key (GSK) for intra cluster communication. The cluster controller head calculates a key called Domain Key (DK) from all cluster controllers' GSK's. Here they are concentrating how the GSK and DK is distributed efficiently and securely for both inter and intra cluster communication in wired cum wireless networks. The proposed scheme avoids sink hole, replay, Sybil and Spoofing attacks.
