A Static Clustering Scheme for Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks Routing
The wireless multimedia sensor network uses battery for power supply. In order to avoid excessive energy, the node has the function to resist selfish action of forwarding data. To reduce the energy consumption of nodes and lengthen life of network, the design of efficient routing scheme is a significant research topic. By analyzing the routing scheme of efficient layered wireless sensor network and combining with features of static wireless sensor network, the authors refer to a static clustering based on geographic location. It is a scheme of layered routing that can select cluster head according to the rest energy existed in the node and the location of node inside cluster.
