A Study on Critical Success Factors of Korean Government-Led RFID/USN Projects
RFID/USN(Radio Frequency IDentification/Ubiquitous Sensor Network) has been receiving lots of attention as the next generation technology and is widely applied to various fields. The Korean government has been expanding the RFID/USN pilot project since 2004 and is working hard to induce its applications to the private sector. However, despite the large amount of investment in these projects, there is still a lack of research on how it should be managed to be successful. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to derive critical success factors for the successful implementation of government-led RFID/USN projects. To achieve this research goal, a Delphi method was employed. Twenty experts on RFID/USN fields participated in the survey for three times.
