Executive Summary

Cloud computing promises customers that they can present and deploy IT services in pay-as-you-go fashion in open and virtualised cloud environment while saving huge capital investment in their own IT infrastructure. In some special cloud conditions, some customer's privacy, such as plans or habits, can be induced from their service-usage-records by service providers without permissions from customers.
