The web/grid services technology provides a lot of opportunities for resource constrained Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMMEs) to have access to affordable and reliable Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructures. Further to this, it also provides them with access to the global market for their products. Due to the overload of information and business players on the web, for these enterprises to remain in business, business models that give them the capacity to trade on the global e-markets are needed. One of the key features for such a business model is ability to handle personalization issues in the process of marketing and offering the products. This paper presents a business model that takes away some costly business activities in the value chain.
