Alignment In Business Relationships

There is presumption that alignment in business relationships is a condition for effective and satisfactory development of business relationships over time. However the issue of how alignment and misalignment between parties affect change in business relationships remains relatively unexplored because the attention in research has been more on the search for drivers of change external to the relationship. This paper aims at exploring how alignment in perceptions and interpretations of problems and solutions in business relationships changes over time.
