This paper aims to describe an intelligent email based workflow interface. In the authors' work, they concentrate on providing an innovative way of handling the business workflow via email as an interface. The user should be able to pose queries/tasks to the business application via email. The system should process the request received and should further trigger sub-processes at the appropriate level to complete the workflow. In case either the context is not clear or adequate information is not provided, the system should respond seeking clarification or requesting for the complete information.
