An Efficient Power Control Algorithm for MCCDMA-MIMO System Using Iterative Water Filling Game Theory

Power control in MCCDMA based wireless cellular network is of great importance in the management of Multiple-Access Interference (MAI) and Inter Carrier Interference (ICI) in order to achieve relevant Quality of Services (QoS) like system capacity and outage probability. The power allocation methodology to enhance the performances of the MCCDMA system by limiting interference noise is at the expense of signaling overhead due to the sharing of Channel State Information (CSI).The game theory is an effective tool for examining power control problem in the MCCDMA technology with imperfect CSI. The water filling algorithm in game theory is used to allocate proper power for every sub-channel in order to improve channel capacity.
