This paper is to determine the correlation of social networks with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the rate of user satisfaction and loyalty in social networks, An Investigation concerning the effects of Information Technology (IT) in this field will lead to development in services that all social networks prepare for users and eventually cause to enhance rate of user friendliness in social networks. For this purpose the authors explore relations between effects of ICT on social networks and customer satisfaction with the use of interview with different users in terms of age, literacy, nationality and gender.
