Into this club are allowed only those that one finds attractive and appealing. Things that do not measure up to the standards and criteria just do not get in. With the advent of personal computers and software that have made it so easy, even a nonprofessional can do it. The article, further, emphasizes that good design, in the hands of a skilled and experienced pro is a unique non-verbal solution to a communications problem. There has been an undermining of the design profession by unskilled novices who can now use a computer program to make things look "good enough.?
