Becoming a Social Business: The IBM Story

According to IDC's Social Business Survey conducted in September 2010, 41% of respondents indicated that they have already implemented an enterprise social software solution and 35% of survey respondents believed that using social software made them more productive. When IDC asked how much time respondents saved by using social software as a productivity tool, the majority revealed that they experienced an 11-30% in time savings.
