4G wireless service promises enhanced end-user bandwidth, latency sensitivity and network reliability. Enterprise users, for example, will enjoy support for video conferencing, on-site real -time event management and other features such as corporate LAN applications. But as organizations begin to evaluate how these services interface with both their on-site and remote users, will the 4G wireless evolution cause a Service-Level Agreement (SLA) revolution? The answer depends on how well wireless carriers meet the expectations of their customers. 4G carriers need to provide advanced service management based on user behaviour and locality to help ensure successful adoption of this breakthrough technology.
