The idea of this paper is to discuss the benefits and introduction of business intelligence systems for increasing and achieving high information quality. This paper discusses in detail how execution of various systems contributes to solving the issues regarding information quality. The study mentioned in this paper is based on the empirical data that was collected through a survey of Slovenia medium and large size organizations. It supports the conclusion that shows that business intelligence systems have positive impact on information quality. This paper also suggests and discusses the gap between available information quality and knowledge workers' needs. Business intelligence systems appeared as a technological answer with logical abilities that provide organizations important information that is required for decision-making. This paper calls business intelligence systems a class of systems for data analysis and reporting that gives relevant and important information to business organizations for making better decisions. This paper is divided into five sections that provide all information with accurate data and tables. It aims to empirically confirm the hypothetical plans about the positive impact of business intelligence initiatives on information quality. This paper provides all required information to business managers about their business and also suggests changes that need to be implemented for better decision making. It explains and addresses all problems of information quality and media quality.
