In the beginning, there was drip coffee, the straightforward, great-tasting cuppa Joe that set the specialty coffee movement in motion. But retailers soon realized that man couldn't live on drip alone. Next to grace the menu board were the cappuccinos, lattes, and mochas, which offered more "exotic" choices for consumers.
