Executive Summary

All global carriers have a strong focus on the top end of the enterprise market and provide a variety of resources, services, and account management approaches to address these customers. However, there is often a support drop-off for customers not in this top tier. Global customers that are not part of the top end can be left without the global support that they require. These customers are usually left to manage their networks with a multitude of disparate regional or even national providers. Otherwise, they may be offered global support, but only out of the country where they were sold the service. They lack true global support in multiple countries, including global service management, program management, and account management.
