Executive Summary

People will always react to change no matter how minimal or significant the impact is. Think about how you notice when your friend or co-worker gets a haircut. If a child has a shoelace left untied, someone is bound to notice. Even if an icon has been moved on our desktop, when we don't find it in the place we thought it was, we are involuntarily affected by the change. We notice small things and make a choice to be positively or negatively affected by these changes. In the workplace, our observations and choices are no different.
