One-to-one eLearning is increasingly recognized as the most effective way to incorporate Information and Computing Technologies (ICT) into K- education. In a fully realized 1:1 eLearning environment, each teacher and student uses a dedicated, Internet-connected laptop throughout the day. Teachers are well-trained and confident at using technology across the curriculum, and can access a wide range of localized educational materials.
