If you have worked or are currently working in a team or a group at work, you probably are familiar with performance reviews or performance appraisals. These are a time when an employee is coached by their supervisor or manager regarding their tasks, their projects, their clients, their accounts, and most important, their performance. On the flip side, if you are a manager or supervisor of an employee or group of employees, you probably have noticed that after one of these coaching sessions between you and your employees, there aren't many of them who really try to improve upon their projects or duties.
