Executive Summary

It is surprising to note that as of 2010 the significantly larger bulk of electronic data is neither delivered via a wireless nor a wired interface - it is simply posted. A significant constituent of this data is multimedia delay tolerant bulk data. Examples are video and audio data which are ordered via postage systems. To facilitate a viable delivery of said multimedia volumes, the authors propose an architecture which goes well beyond any forward-looking state-of-the-art networking design paradigm.
