Comparative Analysis of Cluster Based Routing Protocols Used in Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Network
Energy Efficient are one of the most practical solutions in order to handle with the requirements of large-scale Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). Energy consumption is one of the basic problem of WSNs. In this paper, the authors have compare the performance of (DEEC) Distributed Energy EffiCient routing protocol in terms of energy consumption, alive nodes, and packet transmission. They propose a new approach to exploit efficiently the network energy, by increasing the network lifetime. They have used a clustering technique so that the energy consumption of the network decreases, packet transmission increases and alive nodes increases.
