Comparison of Antenna Arrays for MIMO System in High Speed Mobile Scenarios
With the openness of high speed railway lines Zheng-Xi and Wu-Guang, high speed railways are playing an important role in the transportation of China. GSM-R (Global System for Mobile Communication Railway) is the wireless communication system for railway and ensures the stability and reliability of data transmissions. Additionally, the voice and data transmission services for passengers are required for the future application. Therefore, a higher data rate is required. However, the bandwidth resources for the railway are limited. The capacity cannot be improved through increasing the bandwidth. So MIMO technique is required in high speed railway.
