The current changing environment in which business operates has increased, the need of better ways of organizing and coordinating work's training. The social dimension inside the traditional face-to-face training programs is important and must be included in the online training designs. This paper describes how collaborative learning techniques can be effectively involved in implementing group activity-based training. It also elaborates on how modeling and adopting such techniques can minimize the complexity of designing various training processes, as well as effectuating numerous implications associated within collaborative training arrangements.
