This paper is focused to time period 2007-2010. It was time before and during the economic crisis. In this paper the readers can found how the selected companies doing business in the Czech Republic are using information technology and business strategy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and how it have impact to the Trading Incomes. This paper also found the answer to the question whether the companies use complete solutions of CRM as purchase and installation of software or whether they use the CRM system only as part of services which are provided through Cloud Computing technology.
