Finnish police cars have about 40 different user interfaces (radio, navigation, command and control systems, radar, alarm lights, etc.) on the deck beyond the cars' standard user interfaces. In cold weather conditions, not all police vehicles are creating enough electricity for intensive operations. Also, wiring and ergonomics are problematic.
