Riverside's I.T. department included only two PC technicians who were responsible for supporting more than 1,200 PCs, laptops and mobile devices across two medical campuses and multiple remote locations. Plus, they faced a costly refresh cycle for more than 900 PCs, the need for widespread deployment of new applications and growing demands for improved disaster preparedness/business continuity, security and HIPAA compliance.
