Using progressive methods to achieve better results can work as a crucial factor to improve performance. The use of such techniques makes it possible for an organization to change course whenever there is a change in circumstances, aim for a faster growth in some aspects, or slow down in others. This enables the organization to tackle the threats and to use the opportunities more appropriately. Such methods will enable the organization to work on its weak points and make the most of its strengths to achieve its objectives. This paper comprises of two parts. First, it studies all the 34 ETKA chain stores all over Iran; this does not include stores in the Capital, Tehran.
