This paper undertakes an in-depth analysis of video conferencing that explains the value scheme behind desktop video conferencing in combination with other solutions such as telepresence. There has been a growth in the development of video conferencing that is a cost-effective solution used by several organizations around the globe. Desktop Video Conferencing (DVC) that is discussed in this paper is a kind of video conferencing technology that delivers high-quality user-end experience. With the growth in technology, DVC has emerged as a high-definition desktop video conferencing tool that is used by organizations to talk to their employees around the globe.
