This research program among finance and IT executives in Latin America finds that companies have focused on building a more complete view of their external environment.
In an effort to ensure that production capacity and inventory levels match current levels of demand, companies in Latin America seek information that will provide them with a better understanding of their markets, their customers, and their suppliers. Respondents to our survey acknowledge the importance of having access to this type of information for their businesses and are investing in IT systems that will ultimately promote better financial and operating decisions.
