Development of groundwater geographic information system is one of hot issues of groundwater resources management research nowadays. The management and evaluation of groundwater resources includes a great number of spatial and attribute data, which has characteristics of spatial distribution and temporal variables, and its spatial and temporal distribution is related to topography, landforms, geological structure, hydrogeology, climate, water conservancy projects, and many other factors. The amount of data reflecting these factors and the relationship between these factors is enormous, which also includes the information of groundwater resources scheduling situation, the spatial location of water intake, supervision and management of water intake, historical material and many other factors.
