Don't Zap the Remote!

This presentation talks about the remote employees and the method of their communication. It states that remote employee are those who spends the major proportion of their time away from their employer?s head office or other permanent site; or is in some other way isolated from the mainstream. This definition excludes non-employees such as sub-contractors, temporary workers and freelance suppliers. It discusses the key challenges for communicators such as keeping remote workers informed, instilling corporate brand/culture in remote workers. It discusses the strategy of remote communication and few golden rule successful remote communication.
