Dynamic Allocation of Proxies for Improving the Performance

In computer networks, a proxy server is a server (a computer system or an application) that acts as an intermediary for requests from clients seeking resources from other servers. In this paper, the authors propose that addresses how to improve the performance of the proxy servers. In order to improve the performance they are going to do some manipulations of the previously held data. The first manipulation was assigning ID for each and every data block in the server.
