There is no doubt that in the 21st century Malaysia had entered a new era of globalization. Among others, Malaysia is faced with the new challenge especially in adoption with new business marketing through internet. The terms formerly known as e-commerce, is become a popular platform for the company in marketing the product virtually. This study attempt to analyze the obstacles faces by Akapiman Enterprise, a bumiputera holder company that can be categories as successful company that selling fishing equipment in reality and virtual base. This paper will concentrate on the obstacles doing online business by Akapiman Enterprise, to identify the criteria in terms of marketing strategy that could affect the business flow.
