Efficient Energy and Coverage Optimization in Dynamic Wireless Sensor Networks for Life Time Maximization
Wireless Sensor Network usually have special life time requirements. However the density of the sensors may not be large enough to satisfy the coverage requirement while meeting the life time constraint at the same time. All the coverage is traded for network life time. In the past work maximize only the spatial coverage. Previously the nodes should self optimize their schedule, maximizing the spatio temporal coverage and minimizing the coverage redundancy. Every nodes generates a random schedule individually and serial local optimization is started but repeated until predefined threshold was reached.
