In order to protect the privacy of message receivers, this paper proposes an efficient ID-based secure encryption scheme called EISES. EISES makes it impossible for an attacker or any other message receiver to derive the ID of a message receiver such that the privacy of every receiver can be guaranteed. In the proposed EISES, each of the receivers merely needs to perform constant times of pairing computation to decrypt the received message. Detailed theoretical analysis proves that EISES not only is secure, but also is anonymous for message receivers.
