Empirical Study on Performance Metrics of Software Deployed for Implementation of Web Services
Web services are increasingly being used in software solutions for business applications and e-commerce due to inherent features of web services such as interoperability, simple and usage of open standards etc.,. It is obvious that business applications demand very high level of performance in software solutions. Thus software community constantly attempt to enhance performance of software in each and every phase of software development. In this paper, it is indispensable to study performance of a mixture of software deployed for implementing web services in order to understand and enhance performance of web services.
