Employment Effects Under Planned Changes To The EPA's Air Pollution Rules

The U.S. electric power sector is changing and modernizing in response to societal and market forces. Power companies face a business imperative to meet increasing pressures for cleaner, more efficient energy that will safeguard public health and protect the world's climate. These forces are already transforming the industry.
