Export And Import Strategies

The boundary-less business world of today has seen organizations operating from multiple locations across the globe. One of the most important aspects of a global marketing strategy is the choice of the mode of entry into foreign markets. The export strategy is an avenue to enter into foreign markets. It involves selling the company?s products or services directly to an outside market. The paper examines issues involved in structuring and implementing export strategy.
