Fast HRM: Confidence, Energy And Engagement

The recession has not yet gone away; companies are not yet hiring, sales are not skyrocketing, and the world seems cautiously waiting for something a bit more positive to happen. That seems to explain the state of the leaders in the last pulse dialogue. As a result of all the waiting, confidence has decreased. The authors are not talking about confidence in things outside the organization, but confidence in the factors that are the key to business success: the people, strategy and process within the business.
