We are in the midst of the most severe recession in the memories of most anyone alive. Many experts estimate that the causes of this recession are more severe than those that created the Great Depression in the late 1920s. Carefully examining these organizations has helped uncover some unusual leadership strategies that can serve as guidelines to leaders facing tying times.
