The jukebox consists of two 400 disc CD changers. The authors have designed and implemented a way for the CD changers to operate through a Graphical User Interface (GUI) run on a computer. The computer and the CD changer are able to communicate through a link. A transmitter has been built to send specific infrared signals. In addition, a circuit has been built that is able to detect when a song ends and communicate this information to the computer so that the next song can be played.
