Holistic Change Management; From Accounting To Engineering

The business must function within the apparently volatile network environment. Customers expect uninterrupted service; accountants must track value of deployed assets; project managers must track their network programs. At the same time, the business needs to reduce capital expenditure, increase efficiency, recover its investment in new networks and maintain a high customer experience. Many telecommunication network operators have allowed "Islands of management" to develop for procurement, financial tracking, legal, estates management, network planning, operations.
