With the world now becoming a global village, most business have over the years migrated their businesses online commonly known as e-commerce. Though this new technology brings about a wider market reach and faster marketing for most companies, it has also raised the issue of trust between business owners and their customers. The customers want to be sure that their information will be kept private and also be conducted in a timely fashion accurately.
