In the early stages of life, children learn the most and are shaped by one-on-one relationships. A primary caregiver also acts as a special teacher to the child and an exclusive expert on him or her. This is not just an easy job since the primary caregiver is also responsible for the child's needs and progress, and parents entrust their precious child into somebody else's hands. This paper gives some pieces of advice on how to be the best and highly reliable primary caregiver.
